Hotel Collaboration
Package Details:
• We Provide: Promotional marketing photos and video for the hotel that includes 3 stories per day on Instagram and Youtube. The hotel profile will also tagged as a collaborator on any and all social platform posts. At minimum 1 feed post on Instagram and/or Youtube will also be published within 7 days of stay. All stories will also include a hotel website booking page link (if applicable). A tour of the hotel facilities will be provided in an upcoming Youtube travel vlog within the first half of the video. The hotel and facilities will be featured for no more than 1 minute in the final video.
• Compensation: 3N/4D hotel room will be complimentary with meals included. Any activities or amenities which the hotel wishes to be recognized in the promotional materials will need to be scheduled ahead of time.
Instagram Sponsorship (Ad-Read)
Package Details:
• We Provide: A promotion of your products or services to our audience through our Instagram accounts. This promotion will include either a carousel feed photo post, a story, a reel, a livestream or a combination of either. All marketing media created by us for the purpose of the sponsored ad will be delivered to you including the commercial licensing rights. Any and all sponsored Instagram ad posts or stories will be disclosed to our audience by tagging the brand profile account. The brand sponsor’s profile will also tagged in the caption on any and all posts. All stories or posts will also include a link to any products or website (if applicable). Sponsored posts will remain published at minimum 1 month unless agreed upon otherwise.
• Compensation: Rates vary based on which outlet the ad-read is being delivered on and the minimum length of ad campaign. Starting rates for an Instagram story is $100 USD per 15 second story. Rates will increase based on additional outlets and campaign minimum length.
Youtube Sponsorship (Ad-Read)
Package Details:
• We Provide: A portion of the video dedicated to the sponsor of the Youtube video. The ad-read will be inserted in the first half half of the video and will last anywhere from 15 seconds up to 1 minute in length. Minimum ad-read length requirements can be discussed based on the campaign. In addition, the brand will receive a call to action that will be inserted into the description of the video.
• Compensation: Rates vary based on the minimum length requirement of the ad-read. Most brands request a 30-second ad read which begins at $1,500 USD and increases based on additional time. Rates can be reduced based on multiple video campaigns. Although most packages are custom made for every client; this should provide you an idea of the overall cost.
Stock Videos & Photos
Package Details:
• We Provide: Additional photo and video services on any collaboration or sponsored ad partnership. We utilize our years of experience to create captivating, cinematic, and beautiful visuals that your audience can relate to. You will receive a fixed set of images and video clips based on the package purchased in addition to model releases (if applicable). Images will be color corrected with a natural color grade, centered, and horizon leveled. Video clips will be a mix of aerial and DSLR footage. Each clip will vary from 6-15 seconds long at 100% speed or slow motion based on your preference. A neutral color grade will be applied to all video clips for consistency.
• Compensation: Rates vary based on licensing rights and your campaign or marketing needs. A basic stock media package includes 50 videos and 50 photos for $1,000 USD with commercial licensing rights and model releases. This is a cost-effective option if you don't want to hire an entire production agency to create a single (one time use) marketing campaign.
